Caroline Comeau
Intrapreneur Turned Entrepreneur, Commercial Leader, and Dynamic Speaker
For over 20 years, I turned ambitious commercial strategies into revenue across Accor, Marriott, boutique independents, and IHG in Canada and the USA.
I led large-scale sales and growth initiatives across global and national markets. I spearheaded owner engagement strategies for 1,000+ ownership groups worldwide, drove new hotel opening strategies, and increased investor lead generation by 25%.
Then came 2020—when the world changed, and so did I.
During the pandemic, I pivoted to private higher education. Leading 200+ people across 23 campuses as Chief Revenue Officer of LCI Éducation, I drove record-breaking growth, a complete rebrand, new processes and ways of working.
Now, with Erin, I’m launching AvoMotion - combining skills sets to help organizations win. I bring a results-driven approach for companies who are ready to scale, innovate, and grow. I cut through the noise, solve complex challenges, and drive real results.
Beyond business, I’m a mom, a go-getter, and someone who jumps in with both feet. Public speaking? Love it. Humor? It’s my superpower.

Erin Bresnahan
Maven and Change Maker, Impact Creator and Operational Strategist
I’m a dedicated builder and problem-solver known for tackling tough challenges and exceeding expectations. My career began by creating a profit-generating department in a luxury villa startup later acquired by AirBnB, where I learned to wear multiple hats and drive impactful results.
After earning a Masters in International Affairs, I contributed to Canada’s International Development Agency and spent 15 years in academia at McGill and UCLA. There, I led initiatives that revolutionized operations—from pioneering an IT system for student financial aid to forging innovative partnerships with the United Nations.
Since 2023, I’ve partnered with businesses and non-profits to accelerate growth through operational excellence and strategic execution. Now, alongside Caroline, our complementary skills merge to deliver powerful, cross-sector solutions.
Away from work, I’m a mother of two, competitive soccer player, avid traveler, and passionate reader.
