Our story
AvoMotion was born from a simple but powerful belief: life is too short to be inefficient. After two decades of navigating the ups, downs, and obstacles of business leadership, longtime collaborators and leaders Erin and Caroline saw a recurring theme across industries: smart people stuck in systems that made progress harder than it needed to be. Frustrated by wasted energy, siloed teams, and strategies that never got executed, they decided to merge their brains and complementary strengths.
Their mission? To bring clarity, alignment, and results to organizations ready to move forward. AvoMotion helps teams evolve, make data-driven decisions, and act with purpose, cutting through the noise and unleashing the full potential of both people and strategy.

At AvoMotion, we work closely with our clients, but we don’t do it alone. We collaborate with a network of trusted expert partners across industries and specialties to provide the right support at the right time. Whether it’s operational design, sales infrastructure, data modeling, or creative execution, we bring in who you need, when you need them, without overcomplicating the process.
Caroline Comeau

For over 20 years, Caroline has led revenue-enhancing strategies for Accor, Marriott, IHG, and boutique brands in Canada and the United States. She has opened hotels, scaled growth initiatives, and increased the number of investors globally. As Chief Revenue Officer at LCI Education, she led over 200 people across 23 campuses, achieving record growth, a complete rebrand, and new ways of working.
Today, Caroline brings a sharp, results-driven perspective to clients who want real traction—not just plans. Known for solving complex problems with clarity and humor, she’s all in, everytime.
Erin Bresnahan
Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer
Strategic Operator | Impact Maker | Change Agent.
Erin's career began by building a revenue-generating division within a startup that was later acquired by AirBnB. She then spent 15 years leading transformation projects in academia at McGill and UCLA—from technology modernization to international partnerships with the UN. She is a master of operational clarity, known for transforming big ideas into functional, scalable systems.
Today, she brings her multidisciplinary mindset to AvoMotion, helping clients streamline their operations, execute their strategy, and grow with purpose.
